12 Months Warranty

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
All shop products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER;
  • abuse,
  • misuse,
  • consequential damages,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • improper installation,
  • or damages resulting from racing, or drivning,
  • original movies, props, vehicles and clothes,
  • or colletor itmes sold by the shop.
WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO THE WARRANTY?
Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective the customer will receive, at the discretion of Ghostrider The Real One, free repair or replacement. Warranty on other manufacturers will be processed under their terms.


How to start a warranty case

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Send an e-mail to info@ghostridertherealone.com marked with "Warranty case - #your-order-number"
  • In your message you need to attach proof of receipt
  • a description of how the damage occurred
  • as well as clear pictures of defective parts of the product.
We will then assess whether the damage is covered by the warranty.

The burden of proof lies with you as a customer. We always want to help you in the best possible way.
